I started by ordering all the necessary parts from Small Bear Electronics. Steve is a great guy and he's been very patient with me through this whole process.

So I made a list of things I would need to add:
A more compact enclosure - I chose an "Eddystone C" enclosure
New knobs
3PDT switch (to allow true bypass)
New LED light, with mounting hardware
New jacks (to replace the crappy plastic ones that came stock)
An AC adapter jack
Some wire to attach things together
Some paint
