Next I'm going to unhook one end of the battery clip in preparation for the DC jack. We want to be able to power this puppy with either a battery or our daisy-chained Boss adapter. I de-soldered it using desoldering braid from Radio Shack. I could have clipped the wire, but I'll need to re-insert something in there later, so de-soldering makes sense.
