Now I'm going to identify where the Ground is running. You can see several places where there is a ring of some sort connected to several wires. The ring was originally attached to the casing, so it's a safe bet that we can trace those wires and find the ground on the PCB.

I have marked the PCB with "G" to indicate where the ground is.

Now we're going to start snipping wires! These are basically just wires that are going to ground to start out.
